本機(jī)是一種將潮濕粉體混合料,在制粒機(jī)左右擠壓螺桿的擠壓下,軸向通過篩網(wǎng)擠出合格顆粒的一種專用設(shè)備。 該專用設(shè)備主要適用于醫(yī)藥,化工,食品,等行業(yè)中制造各種規(guī)格的顆粒,顆??梢远ㄩL(選配切斷裝置),成品經(jīng)干燥后可制成各種制品。例:食品用雞精,各種沖劑,化工制品等。

二、設(shè)備工作原理(How the equipment works):
電機(jī)動力由三角帶輪減速傳動至主機(jī)齒輪箱,經(jīng)齒輪箱內(nèi)部各傳動部件分配動力,傳動至各制粒左右螺桿運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),原料由加料口加入,物料經(jīng)制粒左右螺桿擠壓作用,向前端制粒模板強(qiáng)制壓料,并附帶一定的混合作用,物料擠入主擠壓機(jī)腔內(nèi)后,經(jīng)主槳特殊形狀的槳葉向外強(qiáng)制擠出,擠入到槳葉和制粒模板的間隙內(nèi),物料經(jīng)擠壓后由制粒模板向外出料,(再經(jīng)過外部制粒模板的切料鏟刀均勻地定長切斷),制成合格成品。
